Try this simple wing sauce recipe with any of our Cibolo Junction Preserves.
Note:You can adjust the vinegar or Worcestershire sauce according to your taste preference. For a brighter, tangier sauce, increase the vinegar. For a richer, more savory flavor, add more Worcestershire sauce. Start with the smaller amounts, taste, and add in ¼ - ½ teaspoons to find your ideal flavor balance.

12 Chicken Wings, Prepared

½ Cup Cibolo Junction Habañero Peach Preserves

1-2 Teaspoons White Wine Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, or Both (see note.)
- 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine Cibolo Junction Habañero Peach Preserves and one Tablespoon butter over medium-low heat and cook until the mixture is completely melted and runny, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add 1-2 teaspoons of white wine vinegar or Worcestershire sauce. (See note.)
In a large bowl, combine the sauce and wings and toss with tongs until the wings are fully coated. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauces, or more Habañero Peach Sticky Wing Sauce.
